Solaris Packages
Solaris 10
There are always two Solaris packages per YAPET version, one is linked against the curses library shipped with Solaris, the other is linked against ncurses as provided on the Solaris Companion DVD. You have to install the ncurses (SFWncur) provided on the Solaris Companion DVD in order to get ncurses for those packages requiring it.

FreeBSD Package
YAPET is part of the FreeBSD Ports Collection. You can use cvsup as described in the FeeBSD Handbook in the section called Using the Ports Collection to fetch or update your Ports Collection.
Once your Ports Collection is up-to-date, you will find YAPET in /usr/ports/security/yapet. Change to this directory and type make install in a terminal. YAPET will be built and installed.
